For INTERPRETERS

1Lingua is the perfect program for interpreters. The system uses the latest technological advances and has specifically designed features that directly connects requesters with interpreters without middlemen.

INTRANET API
The 1Lingua system is capable of interacting with any intranet system, such as hospitals, so doctors and/or nurses can directly request or cancel interpreters straight from their own systems

STAGGERED REQUESTS
The system is designed to allow staggered requesting. This feature consists on a robot that sends a timed automated request to the next interpreter if the previous one did not accept the request. The times are set for Urgent, Next 24, Next 72 and Regular requests.

AUTOMATED INVOICING
When an interpreter checks out, the system generates an invoice with all pertaining fields properly auto filled, ready for payment

AUTOMATED NOTIFICATIONS
The 1Lingua System generates emails and/or text messages to all concerned users when interpreters view, accept, decline requests, accept jobs, accept updates, decline accepted jobs and a daily report as well

AUTOMATED REMINDER CALLS
The system generates automated reminder calls to selected LEP persons usually 48 hours prior to the assignment, in order to minimize, if not eliminate, LEP persons no-shows

Availability Based Scheduling
Interpreter’s information in regards to personal contact information, contact preferences (e-mail, text message or telephone), languages and credentials, location preferences (US states, counties and cities), job preferences (preferred modalities, travel, rates, notifications, venues and hearing types) and time availability per modality is entered up front.
